Registration

There is a $50.00 registration fee for all new and returning families. The registration fee and the first month's tuition are due upon registration and are non-refundable.

Price Schedule

Half year of dance = 4.5 months

Full year of dance = 9 months

All Company classes have an additional fee of $25.00 per month per student.

Studio A Capacity: min. 9, max. 18 students
Studio B Capacity: min. 7, max. 15 students
Studio C Capacity: min. 4, max. 8 students

If the minimum class size is not met, OSPA INC. reserves the right to either cancel or combine classes.

There are three options available for payment of tuition: monthly, biannually, and annually.

Monthly: This plan consists of nine payment installments due between the 1st and the 5th of each month. Payments received after the 5th will incur a $25.00 late fee. Students whose accounts are delinquent by 30 days or more will be prohibited from attending their class(es). Delinquent accounts will be referred to a collection agency.

Biannually: This plan consists to payment installments with payments due at registration and in the month of January.  You will receive an invoice in the mail during the month of December informing you that your second payment is due. If the payment is not received by the due date, your account will be switched automatically to the monthly payment plan.

Annually: this plan consists of one full payment due at the time of registration. 

THERE ARE NO TUITION REFUNDS!

Billing statements will be sent out only if your account is delinquent.

There is a $30.00 service fee on all returned checks.

The monthly tuition does not change regardless of holidays/breaks, bad weather, or long/short months.

Withdrawing from Classes

If you plan for your child to stop attending classes, you must complete and return a withdrawal form by the 5th of the month in which you are withdrawing. If the form is not completed and returned, you will be billed for the next month.
